Energy landscapes and ecological networks
The postdoctoral position is for two years, ideally starting in fall 2024.
The project will involve:
advanced statistical physics techniques rooted in disordered systems and numerical simulations. The first part of the project will employ dynamical mean-field theory approaches to investigate the entangled dynamics of large ecological communities (with a special focus on the gut microbiota).
Further analysis will integrate spatial structure both in fully connected and sparse topologies.
